Johann Sebastian Bach: Toccata in C BWV 566a, Partita diverse sopra: "O God, you pious God" BWV 767, "Where the Lord God does not stop with us" BWV 1128, Passacaglia in C minor BWV 582
Johann Adam Reincken: Toccata in G
Georg Böhm: "Our Father in the Kingdom of Heaven" IGB 24

The organ in Scharmbeck's St. Willehadi Church is the most complete instrument with the best preserved sound from the immediate Schnitger school. The instrument, built in 1731, was built by Erasmus Bielfeldt, who succeeded Schnitger in running his organ workshop in Stade. Today it is one of the most important historical organs in northern Germany from the time of Johann Sebastian Bach. Krzysztof Urbaniak, who won first prize in the Arp Schnitger organ competition at the Musikfest Bremen in 2010, places Bach right at the centre of his programme. In a revelatory way, he contrasts him with Georg Böhm and Johann Adam Reincken, who had a significant influence on the young Bach. During his school days in Lüneburg (1700-1702), he met Böhm, who was then the organist at the Johanniskirche there. From Lüneburg, Bach also made several trips to nearby Hamburg to hear Reincken, one of Böhm's former teachers, play the magnificent organ in St. Catherine's Church. From 1712 to 1714, Erasmus Bielfeldt worked in close cooperation with Böhm on the remodeling of the organ in the Johanniskirche - and so we come full circle!
